Located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Associated is a full-service mortgage conduit that buys loans on a service release basis and services all major secondary market investors. We respect the relationships you have formed with appraisers and title companies in your communities. Selection of these professionals is left to your discretion provided they meet licensing and certification requirements.
Associated's underwriters in Green Bay, Wisconsin utilize the Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter System to provide timely turnaround with no blackout period. Lock-ins are accepted by email or fax and are available for 15, 30, 45 or 60 days.
Associated also structures Servicing Released Premiums into our daily rate quotes to give you and your customers rate options.
